The 8000 is the largest and most robust of the Lawton action lineup. Designed specifically for the large Cheytac repeater rifles and is the #1 choice for ELR (Extended Long Range) rifles where every shot counts. A rifle built using the 8000 action and a Lawton barrel combined with the Cheytac bottom metal, a shooter will have a repeater which can be expected to hold 3/4 - 1 M.O.A. out to 2000yds.

The extra-large 6-screw 1913 picatinny rail on the 8000 is built to exacting specifications, ensuring the best possible mating between the scope base and the action.
