The Lawton 7500 Competition action is the number one choice for benchrest shooters. The bolt body and bolt head are held to the tightest tolerance of any other action. Built and designed for benchrest, palma, or F-class competition, the 7500 action runs less than 1-2 10,000ths of an inch tolerance across the bolt face which is as good as or better than any of the competition. If you are looking for extreme accuracy, this is action you want. The extra thickness of the action reduces harmonics in the gun, helping you achieve the smallest groups possible. The 7500 also has 1/4" extra barrel tenon area, to support a big heavy barrel.
